Your Data Stays in Your Store

NN Packshot stores its data directly in your Shopify store: generation history lives in metaobjects and generated images in your store's Files section. The only record kept outside your store is the app session required for authentication. We never access or store customer data.

Third-Party Processing

Two services process images during generation, and nothing else:

• The product images you select and their titles are sent to Google's Gemini API to compose the bundle image (see the Gemini API terms).
• When automatic background removal is enabled, the generated image is sent to Replicate to produce the transparent version (see the Replicate privacy policy).

No customer data is ever sent to either service.

Billing

Subscriptions and usage charges are handled entirely by Shopify and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. We do not collect or process any payment details.

Data You Control

• You can delete any generated image from Shopify Files at any time
• Deleting a job in the app removes its history and all of its generated images
• If you uninstall the app, your generated images remain in your store
